Big Ass Screen

I'm not kidding. This is the kind of screen that has the capability to fill in for a wall you may be missing. The new LCD from Sharp measures in at 108", making it not just a big TV. But the largest in the world. Supposedly able to achieve the same crisp picture quality as any of the latest plasma displays, though the thing will most likely require a forklift just to get it into your home.

Aside from being large and heavy, it looks to be a beautiful machine indeed. With no price tag, and a release schedule of somewhere within this winter (Summer for you Yanks). When asked what the target demographic for such a large and most likely expensive device would be, the Sharp representative merely stated "I'm sure we'll find somebody".

In other, slightly more amusing news, I've been shown an interesting little name generator that randomly creates the names of would be games, most of which seem to come straight out of Japan. A few that I've come across.
